When you submit a consultation request through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting a consultation form does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance into a program, reserve a program, or confirm any price, service, medical plan, legal pathway, or timeline.

A Nova Plus representative may contact you to understand your situation, answer initial questions, and suggest a possible next step. Any formal engagement must be confirmed separately through an approved proposal, agreement, or other written confirmation.

Surrogacy, IVF, donor-related programs, and documentation pathways may depend on several factors, including but not limited to:

Nova Plus may coordinate with or refer clients to third-party providers, including clinics, doctors, laboratories, legal professionals, notaries, translators, logistics providers, drivers, accommodation providers, and other service providers.

These third parties are independent from Nova Plus unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Nova Plus is not responsible for the professional judgment, decisions, delays, acts, omissions, pricing, availability, or outcomes of independent third-party providers.

Where possible, Nova Plus supports communication and coordination, but each third-party provider remains responsible for its own services.

Any prices shown on the website are general guidelines only and may change depending on the selected program, medical plan, donor or surrogate requirements, legal circumstances, documentation, logistics, timing, and individual case details.

A final price, payment schedule, included services, and program structure are confirmed only in a separate written proposal, invoice, agreement, or program confirmation.

A deposit or pre-contract payment may be required to reserve certain conditions, begin preparation, or start coordination. Payment terms, refund rules, cancellation terms, and included services must be reviewed in the relevant written agreement or invoice.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete documents when requested. This may include identity documents, family-status documents, marriage certificates, single status certificates, powers of attorney, apostilled documents, translations, clinic reports, embryo documents, medical test results, or other case-specific documents.

Nova Plus may help coordinate document preparation, apostille, translation, notarization, and communication with relevant parties. However, we do not guarantee that every document will be accepted by every authority, clinic, embassy, notary, or other institution.

Document requirements may change and must be confirmed according to the selected country, citizenship, family status, and individual case.

Where applicable, Nova Plus may help coordinate travel-related and local support, including airport assistance, accommodation coordination, drivers, clinic transfers, appointments, local support, and related logistics.

Travel arrangements, accommodation, transport, immigration rules, entry requirements, delays, cancellations, or third-party service issues may be outside Nova Plus's control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for holding valid travel documents, complying with entry requirements, and informing Nova Plus of any travel-related limitations that may affect the process.

By using our services or requesting consultation, you agree to:

• Update Nova Plus if important details change
• Respond to reasonable requests for documents or clarification
• Review proposals, agreements, and instructions carefully
• Seek independent medical, legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice when needed
• Respect timelines, appointments, and communication requirements
• Understand that some outcomes depend on third parties and authorities
• Avoid providing false, misleading, or incomplete information

Failure to provide accurate information or required documents may delay or affect the process.
